Welcome to 247 Décor internet shopping (“Service”) provided to you by 247 Décor Limited of Christchurch, New Zealand. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully. You must comply with these Terms and Conditions to use the Service. By entering and using the Service, you accept these Terms and Conditions and agree to be legally bound and subject to them. All purchases through the site are governed by New Zealand laws, including the Consumer Guarantees Act, which is applicable to New Zealand residents for non-business purposes.

Any trademarks, trade names or logos displayed on this site are the property of 247 Décor Limited and must not be used in any manner without the prior written consent of the owner.

You should assume that all of the content made available to you through this Service, including photographic images, is owned by third parties and is protected by copyright or other proprietary rights.

Security & Privacy

At 247 Décor Limited, we respect the privacy of our customers and therefore have adopted strict guidelines to ensure the protection of information that we collect from this website.

247 Décor Limited collects only personal information about our customers that is necessary, in order to process and ensure that orders are delivered to the correct person. This information includes: Your name, address details, contact details including phone, email address, etc

247 Décor Limited does not share personal information about our customers with any advertisers or other companies.

Payment & Delivery

No goods will be delivered unless we receive payment with your order. We accept payment by bank transfer (preferable), personal cheques and cash. Please note that if paying by cheque, we must wait for the cheque to clear before dispatching any order.

Please note that our courier will not deliver unless they sight appropriate photo identification. The photo identification must match the name that was used to place the order.

On receipt of your order and after confirmation of your payment, 247 Décor will usually dispatch the goods within 48 hours. If for any reason we are unable to supply within this time frame we will contact you with the estimated time of delivery. All orders will be sent by Mainfreight Transport. 247 Décor is not responsible for any delivery delays beyond our control.

Our courier service delivers next day to South Island destinations and within 72 hours to North Island destinations. However, deliveries during a weekend period may lengthen this. Most New Zealand orders arrive within 3-10 days after ordering.

Purchases & Pricing Policy

All prices are shown in NZ dollars, and are inclusive of GST ( Goods and Services Tax ).

Return of Goods and Refund Policy

In the rare event that wrong products are received, we will resend the correct product to you, only if the received products are returned in resalable and original condition. We are not responsible for damage in transit, beyond our control.

To return the products, you must contact us within 30 days from the date of delivery by submitting to us the Returned Merchandise Form (click here). We will contact you within 7 days to discuss your submission. If the original packaging materials are taken away for destruction, it will not be possible for you to elect to return the product.

Once we have received the products back and verified their condition, your refund will be processed as follows: If you paid by credit card your refund will be credited back to your card. If you paid by online banking, your refund will be credited back to your bank account. We cannot refund Shipping charges. All refunds are processed no later than 30 days after we have received the returned merchandise.

Please inspect your order for obvious damage immediately upon delivery, in the presence of the Delivery Person. All obvious damage should be noted on the Bill of Lading before the Delivery Person departs. A damage claim must be filed with the Delivery Company within 3 business days of receipt of the item.
